WOKADA is lagging in games

I have 4060 gpu and ryzen 5 5600 cpu 16gb ram. When I'm using wokada without any games, it sounds perfect, but when I'm in game and trying to use wokada, It's not choppy but the tone of the voice rises sharply and the voice becomes hoarse.

also what games? and are u playing them at lowest graphics 1080p 60fps cap?

Nah, im playing with high graphics
