Pipeline not initialized - Voicemod doesn't work

I was following an Yt tut and I was told to download Vb audio cable, which I did. It didn't work, so I looked here in the server for any fixes and that's when I saw I shouldn't be using Vb, and that all Yt tuts are outdated. I just uninstalled Vb and I don't know what to do. Also, when I open the CMD it keeps saying "Pipeline not initialized / Waiting generate pipeline" and nothing ever happens. What should I do?
I'm trying to use the MaeASMR voice so I can roleplay on MTA (GTA San Andreas Multiplayer)

Only now I had time to do it and it still doesn't work... I downloaded VAC Lite as recommended but when I try to put the voice filter on nothing happens. What's the problem?
