Do you mean W-Okada the realtime voice changer program? RVC and W-Okada are two distinct programs which both use RVC voice models. Also, RVC doesn't always mean "realtime voice changer".

• what you want to do? There isn't a program that does everything, there's a program for each thing:
  • AI Covers
  • Train RVC Models
  • TTS
  • Roleplay in VC
  • Roleplay in Games
  • etc
• what tutorial link are you using
• a screenshot of the program
