Hello everyone! Im looking for a transcription extension/app /tool which could transcribe our live team meetings (around 10 participants). There are a lot of cross-talk and intensive discussions. Maybe someone use something similar at their work/business? It would be amazing if the same tool could give a meeting summary after audio recording stops. Thanks in advance!

Currently nothing, the meetings are in person. Superiors trynna optimize various business operations. Now I just use phone audio recorder, then paste it in two different transcribers, then download .txt format file, paste it in ChatGPT agent I've created and then get a summary, which doesnt always give a preferable answer. then I need to correct it by hand. You see its a lenghty process and my boss counts money by minutes. 🙂 so they want me to find all-in-one product. I know Otter.ai is one of the possible options. Looking for other options also.

regular audio transcription can be done with whisper, but it wont likely handle 10 people talking to each other at the same time and interrupting each other

um, to clarify - we are meeting in person at the office to have these meetings. We dont do online meetings at the moment..
And my managers specifically told me to ask in forums before I give my options 😵

that's fine, so you contact those Ai transcribe companies and ask them about a trial.. like you have an hour-long audio recording of the meeting, you want to run it thru their service and see what comes out to compare with othrers
