#Intel B580 GPU usage

Been using the DirectML version and it does work as intended, however when just doing light browsing on webpages GPU usage spikes to 100% and the voice changer grinds to a halt until I change over to something static (a new tab or back to the webUI). Regardless of chunk and extra, GPU usage will spike.

Has anyone else experienced an issue like this on a Intel GPU or any other GPU? Is there a fix for this or setting I can use to mitigate this?

Did what you suggested minus the delay reduction since delay isn't an issue for me right now. GPU still spikes during instances mentioned above and the voice changer stops during spikes.
I was using a nvidia 3060 prior to this and it never gave me any issues like this. It's probably just intel arc jank causing this.
