Applio is one of the only known RVC forks that can train voice model, and available for both online and local options. While using Applio (the GUI one) or fork W-Okada on free tier Google Colab can get you terminated, there's another variant of Applio Colab notebook known as "no UI" but this is harder to use.
Additionally, there's Applio on Kaggle, you'll have to register with your phone number to use their service, and certain steps can be more complicated than Colab one. https://docs.aihub.gg/rvc/cloud/applio-kaggle/
