I got banned from ElevenLabs over having the AI read negative comments from a video which got my account locked. Weights is the only thing that sorta fixed that niche. Now with the update. I'm looking for alternatives. I don't have the means to do things locally. I'm looking for a replacement that
1. Allows for voice creation from source audio.
2. Has a reasonable limit (one that isn't too hard like 20)
3. Isn't local as I don't have a good enough PC to run it.

well, there are local tts with voice cloning that do pretty good job for english
on 7600x cpu the generation speed is ~10it/s

How slow do you think? I tried running Pygmilion locally and it would take like 30+ minutes for a response that wasn't very good anyways.

Is there supposed to be a icon or something? I tried putting that in the CMD yet it didn't do anything aside from a bunch of text saying that things were happening but nothing seemingly opened/happened

unfortunately I haven't seen the precompiled installation to download
so try find some guide to do manual install using venv or conda
I can't help more since I haven't tried installing locally by my own

Before it didn't take this long when I used a 20 second audio snippet. This is the source audio I have now (taken from her debut stream and cleaned with MVSEP)
Now it's at 600
