so after I finished troubleshooting applio tensorboard and then when i went to use uvr5 it just doesnt work and im assuming it might be because of the environment since i dont necessarily see any other reason and i 100 percent have python installed and this is also not eddys ui

How did you install UVR5 UI? Use the installer (installer makes an env with all python modules)

if not env UVR5 UI looks for the modules globally

Do you have a folder called "env"? I think something went wrong with the installation because the installer creates a folder called "env" and then when you run run-UVR5-UI.bat it uses the dependencies installed there.

alright it installed and all but when i try to run it and try to seperate the vocals and stuff with the ui it still has a error and when i look at the logs it has this and its probably ffmpeg but i know i already have it installed so should i just try and reinstall it?

If u type ffmpeg -version on ur cmd u will see something like this:
