Kinda related to the "Neco-Arc" voice model you're looking for. The first known and original Neco-Arc voice model trained back 2023, its link is lost; there's one found just on Weights. The voice model is supposedly titled "Neco Arc (Normal & Aggressive) 300", as far as I remember. This voice model was the most used at the time.

There are plenty of "fork RVC programs" that don't need to be on Hugging Face, Applio and Ilaria RVC for example.
