Yes, that's what you have to do everytime you change settings on AMD to be sure it uses the full GPU power

You might wanna try chrome or Firefox to see if they take less performance too btw, since operaGX could take some more perf for the fancy effects

Set chunk to 400

Always be sure chunk is slightly higher than perf

Also you could use server mode with some specific settings to have even less delay https://rentry.co/forkvoicechangerguide#reduce-more-delay but you won't have noise & echo suppression
