VB Cable is known for giving issues on windows

yeah the version you got is pretty old
Wokada has 2 main versions:
- Original made by Wok
- Deiteris fork (modified version) made by Deiteris
each version has it's own updates
the latest deiteris fork has way better performance and quality than the latest original
your gpu is good enough
you should uninstall the wokada and also the vb cable
