I downloaded the original w-okada (I did eventually download the fork version instead) and vbcable a couple weeks ago and ever since all of my audio, both input and output, will eventually just stop working. It's fine for most of the day but eventually my audio starts to crackle and become staticky for a few seconds before completely cutting out for all of my audio devices, and I have to either restart my audio devices through the troubleshooter or restart my pc. I have uninstalled and deleted both vbcable and both versions of w-okada a few days ago but it's still happening, and I can't figure out the cause. I have checked the drivers of all of my audio devices, and a couple of other things, through the control panel and everything looks fine, but I only used the windows auto search to see if I was missing any drivers. When my audio breaks the troubleshooter says that my audio devices are not responding. I am using windows 11 and I am using razor appengine for surround sound for my headset. Any help is greatly appreciated, because it takes me a full day before I can see if anything I do fixes it because that's about how long it takes (anywhere between 5-10 hours) before my audio breaks. Apologies for the long message, I just wanted to try and include as much detail as possible, especially with how long it takes to see if a solution worked. Thank you.

looks like your hardware eventually hits its limit and dies
you can try to allocate specific cpu cores to take off some of the weight (which is recommended) as shown in the screenshot
Thank you very much, it's done and I'll hopefully be able to let you know by the end the day tomorrow if it works. Again thank you for your help and time.
It also seems to be using about 2gbs of memory, is that normal?
well that can be a reason why its dying lol i dont think thats normal, mines at 15mb max
anything audio related that you got running or connected might be the cause of that
yeah, it's also steadily climbing
currently the only audio playing is youtube
i meant regarding to an audio interface plugged in and stuff like that
Check out this
will do, thanks
Is it referring to Audiosrv?
Probably
Alright, that dropped it back down to 12mbs, thanks
It also no longer seems to be climbing on it's own either
