Start_http closes immediately after opening

Every time I close Okada, I can't open it without reinstalling the whole file, resetting all of my voices. When I grab the Start_http window to keep it from closing, it says python310.dll failed to open, but it's in the correct folder and everything.

They use the original wokada which is like a year old and uses shittier performance
