#What AI can i use to change the voice for normal videos and has infinite cap on the audio size file?

Hi im new to using anything but C.ai. Looking to use and to create ai voice models not just for songs but for mostly normal videos, if possible on PC and Android. And importantly that it has a bigger or unlimited cap of 15 minutes like use on Weights on the audio file to do the cover.

Examples: 1. Taking an Asmr video or a clip from a video and change the voices with the ai model of my choice.

  1. Create my OC with both voice and model for anything like vrchat, Assetto corsa, Guitar Hero and as a mod for other games.

I would appreciate the help with this.
