The strange thing is that the whole thing works with my Windows 10 server (no graphics card), but Windows 11 says, ‘Nope, not possible’.

maybe check network tab, click disable cache checkbox, then refresh the page and see what fails to load and why

now i have added a plugin in firefox now it tells me that, can't you bypass that it loads the css files
