So whenever I click the "train feature index" option, it starts training the index file but never finishes, even if I wait for 1 hour, I have been facing this error for the last 2 months, I thought it'll be fixed soon but today I tried to train the model again in mainline kaggle and got the same error.

use local mainline, regardless if you don't have a gpu

you don't have to do actual training, just the index, unless you have old pentium cpu lol
