Wakfu is a 2008 French anime in which Nox is the main antagonist. His voice reflects his physical appearance: ill, half-human-half-machine. VA is Benjamin Pascal.
About the voice:
- It sounds digital
- It is low when he speaks slowly & high when he speaks quickly
- It is mostly calm, energetic or enraged
- The character has a loud breathing
- The character often laughs in a very audible and erratic manner

About the Audio source:
- The file contains the "dub" channel of the 2015 BluRay release, saved as Mono FLAC 24bit sampled at 48kHz
- I trimmed a bunch of silences, yet the file is 1hour long : this is mostly due to me leaving a bunch of noises for tools like RX-Spectral Denoise to pick up
- Because of this length, I can also provide the .AUP3 Audacity project which contains labels for every relevant parts
- Estimated dataset length would be 10-20min
- However Audio might not be consistent since it comes from 9 different episodes
I tried to make the model myself but clearly lack the skills, so I leave this project to anyone who would like to try their hand at making a model
I'dd say it's an interesting voice: despite the fact that it sounds robotic, it is very expressive -- and having used a few similar voices, I'dd be interested to make it speak in other languages, I believe it would be able to
