My wokada on laptop is not working

i use i5 8gb ram with 4050 graphics card laptop ..
it detects my voice when i choose passthru but doesnt change my voice, when i click start it literally doesnt work with vol 0.00 .
my mic isnt a problem since i tried it on pc and the voice changer even though it's a low spec
