whats ur pc gpu? either u can do it locally (on ur pc) if u got a good pc gpu, or if u want the easy way or dont got a good pc u can do it on cloud (remote good pc that runs the program)

Ilaria rvc zero Is only on hf zero GPU spaces

There is a local version called Ilaria rvc mainline u can download, but u said u got a bad PC so it's better u do it only in cloud
