start_http.bat not opening.

everytime I double click on start_http.bat, it opens for a split second with no log and closes. no matter how many times i double click it does the same thing.

could be that you have to restart your pc ir redownload the zip

start_http.bat isn't in C:\ you know?
you should place the installation in D:\ or another, then double ckick the start_http.bat
