1 - Well. of course you gotta execute the Clone, Download and Start cells.
Then when you're on the RVC GUI, all you gotta do is put the exact name you've put to your model on "experiment name", put the same settings you had on the previous training session and hit "train model"
2 - No, you can't train a model while your PC is on sleep mode
