#Change the description and name of the get-model-maker channel

This is a essential change, specially for new members who don't understand too much about the usage of https://discord.com/channels/1159260121998827560/1159514067187277865, causing that they use model search bots like Applio, instead of using model search bots in https://discord.com/channels/1159260121998827560/1163592055830880266 or https://discord.com/channels/1159260121998827560/1202754985255764060.

This should be the new description for the https://discord.com/channels/1159260121998827560/1159514067187277865 channel:

''Use the command /submit to submit a model to get the Model Maker role. Please read the pinned messages before using bot commands here.''

So mods/senior mods/admins don't need to pin a lot of messages about to not use the get-model-maker channel for searching models.
