They both contain the voice changer. You will extract the 001 one, it will automatically extract the files from both zips

You right click on the 001 file -> "Extract to "voice changer.."" with winrar, or if you have 7zip you do 7zip -> Extract to "voice-changer.."

The voice changer is inside the MMVCServerSIO folder. Open it, and run the exe file

The two bat files you can ignore for now. These are optional - if you notice your GPU is not working at max, you can run "force_gpu_clocks" for maximum performance. And then "reset" to put back to normal setting

First, upload a voice model. Click on "edit" on the blue box, select a slot and click upload, then Type: RVC and select a model. If you dont have a voice model right now, I can send you one that works good:

Now, for settings:
F0 det: rmvpe
Chunk: 60 ms
Extra: 2.7s

input: microphone
output: virtual cable (do you have one? if not, i can send you link)
monitor: to hear yourself with voice changer, set this to your headphones

Now you can start voice changer if you did the rest of the steps I told you for settings

On the top left, there is a "perf" that has a number that has a color

Chunk is delay (less number = less delay). Extra is quality of model. 2.7 is the max

if perf number is green, voice changer is stable. You can reduce chunk ms for less delay

if perf number is yellow, it is maybe unstable, you should raise chunk

if perf is red, this is no good, increase chunk

4090 settings:

For max quality: 42 ms chunk , 2.7s extra
For fast delay but quality worse: 24 ms chunk, 1.0s extra

You can choose whats more important for you. 42 and 24 ms is barely no difference, i would use max quality setting

One more thing:

if you have a male voice, and voice model is girl, change "Pitch" to 12

Pitch is pitch i dont think I have to explain that. If the model is too high pitch, lower it, if model is too low pitch, increase it

This is girl model, so pitch needs to be higher 👍

• Run setup64 after extracting the zip to a new folder
• After installing the Virtual Cable, it changes your default audio system. Click on Yes when it asks you to open the audio device settings (or if you closed the window already, press WIN+R, type "mmsys.cpl"), and change your Recording and Playback devices back to your normal microphone and normal heapdhones. Make sure to do this for communications device aswell (right click your normal mic or headphones -> set as default communication device)

If you want to stop hearing yourself, you select monitor to none again

If you hear any "crackles", then do this fix:

Open Task Manager > Details

Right click audiodg.exe and set priority to High

Right click audiodg.exe again > set affinity > uncheck everything except CPU 2 (only ✅ CPU 2, turn off the rest)

Dont forget to change "pitch" to 12

for female voice
