Best I can advise is to delete the conda environment and try again
Or just download Applio and use RVC

Everything applio does is seperated in it's own folder. If you just delete the applio folder, it should be a clean setup
Make sure you're not in any environment too. Everything should be run in C:\Users\yourname\Desktop\Applio
In that screenshot, it's searching for an app.py in your downloads folder, which probably doesnt exist. That's inside your Applio folder. It should be a simple doubleclick on the start.bat
