Looks like it was not fully unpacked for some reason. Were there any errors during unpacking?

NordVPN, Antivirus programs and other things like that will always flag false positives just because a program (which is open source anyway and been checked) accesses something on your pc and the antivirus doesnt know what it is and deletes it

Unpacking the zip with nordvpn turned off should fix the module issue

dont forget to click on cpu then back to the intel on the GPU section after changing the settings, its kinda needed to reset the performance

When the perf value on the top left is green your settings are fine, if you want less delay you can reduce the Chunk value more until its yellow or red, thats when you know you hit your limit
