When I say any word or my microphone hears any sound/word it repeats it more than 10 times, I don't know why this happens so I think it's a problem with the vb cable or a problem with the rvc itself.

I cant listen to it on phone but usually this is because your microphone picks up your headphones, so enable sup2 and move s.threshold to the right, lower your headphones volume

I have the opposite when I don't have headphones on I repeat my words 10 times or when the microphone hears sounds/words it repeats them more than 10 times, but when I have headphones on it's just some noises.

use decent headphones that doesn't leak to your mic, also turn down the system volume if needed
