I've encountered quite a few RVC models with such quality that they are hard to recognize and have sophisticated voice adjustment software. So is there any way or tool to help distinguish and check if they have voice adjustment?

Every RVC cover I heard has some sort of inaccuracy like weird pitching, voice cracks, or others
You can check in a different program if the pitching is close to identical

For covers? Weird vocal fry (like glitchy or robotic) voice breaking when singing too high, robotic breathing
