Recommendation for Image Editing AI Services

Hello,
I'm a complete beginner to AI Image generation and I'm currently working with DALL-E 3 Copilot and Midjourney. I've created some images I like and want to use further, but unfortunately I have problems to tell the AI to make small changes to the images (adding details, remove details etc.). I've tried a lot but it's a gamble and I asked myself if there are some other AI services specialized in not creating, but to polish an image and put some final touches. Thanks.
