Rename the Pretrains fourm to Finetunes

These aren’t really real ‘pretrains’ and new users might get confused and accidentally look in that channel thinking they can find models in there. Finetunes is a more accurate name for this.

but rvc voice models technically are finetunes too, they create the G & D everytime you train

every model trained with a pretrained is a fine tune too

also, some pretraineds are from scratch
