hey, I downloaded another version and deleted the patrain folder and then created a model_dir folder and the application opened but no voice works in it, only the default one that already comes with it works.

Is there a way to solve it?

I managed to open the app seeing other people's errors and I found someone who solved it

so I was able to open the app

I did what this guy did to make the application work, but I have the same error as he did, which doesn't work with the voices I add.

and another support person told him to delete the patrain folder and download another file that he sent in the chat, I did that but it didn't solve it and I still can't add the voices
