issue with voice avatar

So, everything else is fine for me to upload my custom voice, but the avatar keeps giving me these issues. Either the image isn't at minimum 400x400 pixels, or I get " please select a supported image file " does anyone know if there's a specific thing I need to do for the second one? I'm very new to voice.ai in general 😭
