also dude found out that he has to extract it to one of his drives

I am not familliar with Applio, but no such file or directory usually means it cant reach python / windows.

Make sure to extract the zip. Ideally put it to your C Drive directly or perhaps Windows. Make sure Desktop is not inside OneDrive or anything like that
