in your hugging face repository of the model, next to the model.zip file, there should be a lil download icon, you need to right click it and do copy link and paste that one instead, cus thats the direct download link

then i removed background noises

and i upload it

Also how long was ur dataset

Basically, epochs are the ubit of measurement of the cycle of training the ai, if u put too less it undertrains, if u put too much it overtrains, making it worse in both cases, thats why we use the tensorboard which we find the point where its not overtraining and be sure that it wont be ruined
