Hello! I am getting confused with all the options out there. Which local tool should I use?
( Basically I'd like to create some AI covers, TTS, and possibly to use a real-time voice changer. Not sure about the last one tho, so the first two are my main focus ).
So far I've found these options:

I'll personally recommend Applio for a cleaner experience to start with as its easy enough to install

either mainline RVC (the 4th link) or Applio with many features
both are easy to install as prezipped
