does anyone know if there is an ai like uvr but for real time?

like this is really specific but I want to remove this annoying music from the yt video im watching, I could use voicemeeter so my audio output as an audio input allowing me to run it through a ai (if there is any)

I tried using voicemod to accomplish this but no luck
