then just use a colab to train the model or if you have a good enough pc you can use RVC locally!

If you are referring to installing and running locally on your machine, it is better (because you have no time limits/restrictions), but you do need a good GPU

oof, i think you screwed up on the dataset formatting part
it should be:
a .zip, with a folder (same name as the experiment_name you'll set), with all the audios of your dataset

or maybe the audio is screwed up? 
if you have audacity, re-export the audios you have as a .wav
