What is the difference between a normal model and a custom model?

Hi, while look around model-master-shop channel, I saw commissions.

I'm curious about the difference between custom model and normal model. Does it mean masters create a model that matches the tone of my voice?

Normal models basically means your models that you get from #1175430844685484042 and custom models basically means you requesting X to be made into a voice model
