My voice changer keeps lagging and is super delayed only when using downloaded models

for some reason the voice lags only on downloaded models. I have a rx6600 and iv made sure iv downloaded the amd verison from the guide. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

i also have the f0 on rmvpe_onnx if that has to do with anything
