The Discord voice comes out later than the monitoring voice. It uses a VAC cable and uses RTX4090. Discord is one beat late in all chunks. How do I do the same?

The chunk and the extra is correct. I see that you have a latency of 8ms (the res value) that is very good.
Does the latency appear when you use it with the virtual cable?

voices will always have latency and also your latency is not 8ms but around 260
