#Horrifying glitchy sounds when using RVC

I’ve been trying to use RVC to create voices for a Halo 3 mod i’m working on, but i’m running into weird issues with it.

Only a small, SMALL handful of like two models from Weights.gg work.
When I use any other models, the audio comes out with weird buzzing and glitching instead of normal as I expected them to. Has anyone else had this problem? I’ve tried every setting from Dio to Crepe-tiny!

dio? what version of rvc are you using?

#

also if one model sounds better than the other, using the same audio

#

then that model might just be bad

i see you just joined today, you probably followed a youtube tutorial then : (

#

this might help

#

use this instead, that gui was bad even back then

Correctamundo
Followed a guide from the Halo modding discord since I was too embarrassed at my own voice acting lmao

#

Thanks!

#

Should it work like the other one?

#

Like installing model, putting in the zip, and converting audio?

basically

#

the guide should help you out

#

and then use rmvpe instead

Excellent, thank you so much :)
I was worried for a bit that i’d be stuck with my terrible impression skills lmao

# slow blaze basically

Sorry for the ping but like
Does this work with AMD? The zip has NVIDIA on it and I don’t exactly have it-

#

oh

#

I mean you can try it out for your purpose but its generally not recommended

#

yeah just try it out, but you would probably be better off with a colab or hf option instead

#

you said it worked with rvc gui so it shouldnt cause any issues with this either tbh

delicate mountain
#

Ye it did. Hopefully this works too

#

training a model will cause issues, but this should be fine

delicate mountain
#

Not really concerned with training models since I don’t plan on using too many characters lol
Just the ones I need and ones I can’t impersonate without sounding like i’m roleplaying with action figures

#

Yeah it doesn’t seem to work at all now

It’s either throwing an error in the web version or stopped responding in the GUI

#

OH NVM

#

IT WORKS
