I've been shown a voice changer and it didn't work, it uses python to work and it just wouldn't open something it was supposed to, not sure what to do there. (the
voice changer is the one is this video-->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JXbvSTGPoo
I'm also fully willing to download another voice changer if anyone has a better one.
I am pretty new to things on pc like this, so just a few instructions probably wouldn't help much, I do have work and school so ill try my best to anyone who tries to help

Update: it started working but there is so much delay its unreal, its also very choppy. my pc isnt that bad and neither is my graphics card(i have the same one as him in the video) yet it isnt working properly, any help?
