My Response Time is going crazy and over all its lagging i dont know why

can you plaese help me i am trying to fix this i downloaded the voice changer step by step as per the video but the problem i am facing is that the res time is going upto 200k ms

and btw i am using the program on my laptop

not the collab

I think the gpu can have some problems because for okada you need also a lot of vram
