you see, windows has an accesibility mode, and a tts voice to read text for you. so i was wondering if it is possible to replace it with a voice model, and if so, how to do it.

how can i transform a RVC model in to a SAPI 5 file. it can't be that impossible to change from replace a voice to read text.

it be cool to convert ai voices to SAPI 5 so they can be compatible to TTS software like Balabolka
I remember making a TTS voice of myself long before RVC and it worked in Balabolka but I forgot how that process works
I didn't code or anything I just follow the steps how they made it
