Encrypt EasyGUI's Web UI code into rot 13

I found out Illaria RVC's code is encrypted into rot 13, which decreases your risk of getting banned, so why don't we do that for EasyGUI too?

you don't get a warning about disallowed code with my colab either, it just disconnects you if you run the webui
