CPU 100% usage and lag/delay

I'm using the Okada RVC AI voicechanger on my streams and i also use Vtube Studio and when i run small games there is no issues, but when i play larger games like Alan Wake 2 for example, my voicechanger lags a LOT. I've tried everything i possibly could and upgraded my GPU from a RTX2070 to a RTX4070, but still the same result of possibly my CPU being the bottleneck.

I'm currently saving up cash to upgrade my CPU which is a Ryzen 5 5600x to a Ryzen 9 7900x, but my question is, will this upgrade even make a difference/help at all? Since i will need to upgrade my motherboard and RAM as well for AM4 to AM5 socket it will cost me around ±€700 but if its not needed then i won't have to spend so much money obviously.

My CPU runs 30% and as soon i start the Okada RVC AI Voicechanger, it skyrockets to 100% CPU usage and lags.

So upgrade motherboard+ram+CPU is needed or will it not make a difference at all?

If you don't have a good GPU, maybe you should try the W-Okada colab made by Hina

hello thank you for trying to help me! But the GPU is not the problem, it really is the CPU. I've tried Colab and Kaggle before and followed every single guide available, but it's not optimal
