Voice Model of my Deceased Grandma

I want to make a voice model of my grandma who's passed. I just want to use it to hear her sing our favorite song again and maybe read some poems to me. I have about 10 minutes of voicemail audios saved into one audio. I don't have a lot of money but will try my best to come up with some if it means someone can help me.
