dave miller tts voice model

Hi so I found a Dave Miller tts voice model here in this server. It's a zip file. I don't know what a voice model is. I want to type text and for the Dave Miller tts to read out what I wrote. How do I accomplish this? Since I have the voice model, do I put it in a voice changer? How do I put it in a voice changer? To use the voice model, do I have to speak to use it? I'm not sure how voice changers work. I just really want to use this voice model because I really like Dave Miller and I like using text to speech

If it's an RVC model it can't do text to speech directly, but you can do TTS somewhere else and convert with RVC.
