I've tried every Audacity/ Fl Studio / Rx 10 Tool possible but I still seem to not be able to perfectly remove hi hat clicking. Any advice?

Try MDX-NET23C, Voc Ft, Kim Vocal, and demucs models in Ultimate Vocal Remover. Surely one of those models will work. It also helps to make sure your audio is high quality to begin with, compression can cause shit separation, especially on the high end

Try Larsnet on MVSEP, The LarsNet model divides the drums stem into 5 types: 'kick', 'snare', 'cymbals', 'toms', 'hihat'.
