#EasyGUI - models either don’t download or don’t work. What’s going on?

I'm pretty sure you're using an outdated colab, can you show me which one you use?
This is the one I'm using: https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1r4IRL0UA7JEoZ0ZK8PKfMyTIBHKpyhcw#scrollTo=FFfC9x239kC1
There’s an option to opt for “Legacy Mode”, which is what I’m using.
I'm having the same problem except im trying to use old models from the search model feature. but is google drive ones for me... I'm downloading them and putting them in my data set folder and copying the link but it keeps saying that i don't have access but i just tried a random model that in in the voice model section from hugging face and it works?
same problem
Ayo? @final basalt level 1 !!!
not the time bot
So, minor update, I've been successful a few times when downloading certain voice models, however - the problem comes up again when I attempt to multiple models during one session. Furthermore, while some models appear to be now working, others continue not to.
I do recall seeing users in help-rvc stating that Google has now put zip folders on private as default now? Even if you change the link to public, EasyGUI will still flag them as private. However, I'm still having issues with some of the huggingface links.
Howdy ya'll, so I've given up on EasyGUI and have jumped over to Applio instead. Not only am I having issues with voice models, but all the models I trained are no longer saved on the inference either.
its a different colab, so you have to download the models you want to inference with
wdym saved on the inference?
i think he means he doesnt find in the applio colab the models that he downloaded in the easygui, well they are 2 different things
there we go then, like i said most errors people are having are because they make mistakes with file paths
Nah, what I meant was not only am I having issues with downloading voice models onto EasyGUI, but the models I trained using EasyGUI appear to be no longer saved on the GUI voice list either. 😖 I’m well aware my EasyGUI voices won’t automatically transfer over to Applio. 😂
It’s all good though, I’ve been able to zip the voices I trained on EasyGUI and download them onto Applio with little to no issues. 👍
My bad, let me clarify. Before the recent update, any model I had trained using GUI or previously downloaded would appear in this box anytime I connected to My Drive and opened the Colab. Now, they don't and some models that I previously downloaded seemingly don't work anymore as I keep getting flagged with "error". 🤷♂️
That was because the RVC folder was in google drive but colab changed something and it gives an error now. You have to save it manually.
Gotcha. Kinda sucks, but no biggie.
Nah, i just changed the code around that so it now saves automatically again
Ah, nice! Cheers buddy. 👍
