Receiving error code after trying to convert

I tried to convert a .wav , .mp3 and it looks like its working and after about 40 seconds ,it says error.
left a txt with the error I receive.

yeah, i just found out about ai music and i want to learn to train and more

try renaming that file and put it in a different directory

some folder with no spaces in its name for example
